Your home is your temple. It’s a comfortable place where you invite friends and restore your balance. You find enlightenment in a clean home as a Tibetan monk does in the temple.
Unfortunately, your home doesn’t stay clean forever. With time it gets dirty, dust gathers and the smells are becoming stronger. All together this creates a favorable environment for microbes development. That’s where your health is at risk.

Dust is your enemy. It consists of microscopic particles of soil, hair, building materials, fabrics, hair, dead and exfoliated skin. It is a strong allergen that affects your health.
Dust transports tiny parasites which may irritate your lungs. Thanks to its microscopic structure dust gets into all nooks and crannies.
Keep flies away
Flies carry many infections. They land on many unhygienic things which are not welcomed in your home. Chances are it feasted on rotting waste and when it lands on the food or tools in the kitchen it transmits particles of waste. This may be infectious for your health.

Keep the bathroom clean
It’s pleasant when you have to use a dirty bathroom. It’s unhygienic to find hair all over the place and dirty toilets in the bathroom.
When you flush the water keep the toilet lid closed! Under big pressure, tiny droplets rise into the air and spread all over your toilet area. These tiny drops of water may land on dental care products or other personal hygiene items which you may keep in the bathroom.
Let the sunlight into the room
